The Mason Ridge PTO is writing to request your
Club’s donation to our fundraising auction which takes place on March 2, 2024.

We expect to have over 250 people in attendance at this event and that doesn't count family/friends and all the tennis enthusiasts on our website preceding the auction. If you'd like to discuss how you can receive recognition and help our school out, please see attached or reply to this and I’ll schedule a meeting/call. We welcome both monetary donations (checks, gift cards, etc) and in-kind donations (merchandise or services) to help make this event successful.

Mason Ridge Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) maintains a tradition of raising money to help our educators achieve their goals. We’ve helped hundreds of teachers and thousands of children who've come through our doors over the years and want to be able to continue that support. It is with hope and enthusiasm we ask you to make a donation and/or to sponsor our event. The proceeds collected will enable us to enhance the learning environment of our children in various ways since one important issue facing our nation today is the education of our children. They truly are the best investment in every community’s future.

A receipt is mailed for all donations received. All donations are tax deductible. Your support will ensure our families frequent your place of business as we support those who partner in our effort to educate our next generation. If you need to have an item picked up, simply reply to this email and I'll schedule a pickup with you and in the meantime thank you in advance for your time, consideration and support of our auction as this is the primary fundraiser for our PTO.
