The mission of the Audubon Society of Rhode Island is to protect birds, other wildlife and their habitat through conservation, education and advocacy for the benefit of people and all living things. 

Founded in 1897, the Audubon Society of Rhode Island protects almost 10,000 acres of wildlife habitat in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. Much of this land is open to the public year-round for birding, hiking, and enjoying nature.

The annual Party for the Peregrines auction, Audubon’s major fundraising event of the year, will be held May 10, 2019 at the stunning Roger Williams Park Botanical Center. Proceeds from this event directly support our education programs. Through these programs, our educators to reach more than 20,000 school children annually, in every city and town in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts, with educational live birds of prey encounters. 

At the Party for the Peregrines, our 250 guests enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres, drinks, exciting party games, and a posed photo opportunity. A selection of wonderful auction and raffle items are displayed, and the night ends in the highlight of the evening, our exciting live auction.  

In-kind donations were the key to the success of last year’s Party for the Peregrines, and we are asking to have your support this year. Upon donation, you will be included in our programs for the event, and promoted through our newsletters and social media channels, including Facebook Instagram, and Twitter.
