We are thrilled to announce that GiGi’s Playhouse will be hosting its annual fundraiser on Friday, November 18, 2022! This year, we are hosting a Party with a Purpose at AleSmith Brewing Company. We expect to have 150+ people attend this fundraiser and enjoy an evening out with dinner, drinks, and auctions to support a great cause. This event is one of our most important fundraisers of the year and it is key to expanding our voice in the world.  
 
A big part of the event includes a fundraising auction, so today we are asking for your support by donating items that people will be excited about to include in our event’s auction. 
 
GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego provides FREE programs and services to individuals of all ages with Down syndrome. GiGi’s Playhouse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers with over 20 years of experience and 56 locations from coast to coast. At GiGi’s Playhouse, each program has a therapeutic or educational focus while also building self-esteem. Whether working on social skills, motor skills, speech & language, literacy, or open play, it is all purposefully designed to build skills and have fun! We don’t only provide support for the individual, but for the entire family as well.  
 
GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego opened our doors in April 2018 and have already provided much-needed programming for several hundred local families in need. This number continues to grow monthly as we expand our programming. Since our programs are always free to participants, we rely exclusively upon donations from individuals and organizations in the San Diego community for our annual operating budget. All silent auction donations will have their company recognized in our printed event program, signage at the event, on the mobile bidding app, and our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We also have sponsorship levels with naming opportunities for monetary donations.
