The Hands4Hope Youth Making A Difference Youth Board presents Pastries and Pastels: Paint to Empower Women and Children on March 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Folsom Community Center. This family-friendly event raises funds for the Powerhouse Ministries Women and Children’s Center. Guests of all ages will enjoy snacks, pastries, and a tea cup painting project.
