The money raised will help support our programs. PATH Parent Support Program matches parents whose children have a developmental delay, disability and/or special needs or are currently experiencing a medical concern (premature, surgical procedures, diseases, behavioral issues or genetic disorder) with "veteran" parents" who have been through similar experiences. Parents who have experienced high-risk pregnancies are also available to talk with high-risk expectant parents and parents who have faced the unfathomable sadness of losing a child are also part of our network. The Parent Support volunteer provides emotional support as well as resources and helpful information by phone to referred parents. PATH provides a training for these families who are ready to give back and assist families that are in need of support. This fundraiser will assist PATH in providing these trainings to families throughout the state.
