On behalf of the Patterson Mill Middle/High School PTSA Bingo Committee, we are respectfully requesting a donation to be used for our upcoming Bingo event on December 2, 2023 at Patterson Mill Middle High School. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and our aim is to provide our community with a fun evening of games and prizes and more importantly, to raise funds for our school, students, and staff. These funds provide funds for senior scholarships, teacher grants, field trips, staff appreciation, 12th & 8th grade celebrations, and other events throughout the year.

We are looking for donations of a product, service, or both from your business that we will offer as door prizes, games or silent auction items.  We also offer sponsorships, donating either a monetary sum of $100 or more, or you would be responsible for an entire basket of donated items given as a prize for one of our game winners / raffle baskets. All donations will be recognized in our program and on our Facebook page, however, the sponsorship option will also be announced at the Bingo event amongst the 350+ attendees.
