Juma Ventures is a nonprofit that employs low-income young people to work at our coffee and ice cream carts at Levi's Stadium, SAP Center, Excite Park, and PayPal Park. If you're a sports fan, you've probably seen our young people hard at work. In addition to valuable work experience and essential income, Juma supports youth to build their resumes, apply for college, and connect with their next career or education opportunity. We also have financial education workshops to teach our young people how to budget, save money, and use credit responsibly.

 
Our event, Pave the Way, gathers 100+ community leaders, philanthropists, and youth advocates from around San Jose united by our common goal to help break the cycle of poverty.
