We are happy to announce that our annual fundraiser for this year will be on August 4th, 2024 at Resurgence Brewing Co. in Buffalo, New York. This has already proven to be an amazing partnership for us and we are thrilled to be working with them. To ensure that our fundraiser is a great success we are hoping to gather donations from local businesses and national companies like yours. Any sort of donation (gift certificates, baskets, or other donations) is greatly appreciated for our fundraising efforts. We anticipate several hundred people to attend our event and we will be sure that your business is widely advertised as a participant/ donator both at the event and through our social media platforms. Akron Canine Rescued Angels(ACRA) is an all volunteer 501(c)3 corporation; none of our board members, staff, or volunteers are salaried. We have attached our 501(c)3 certificate for your reference. Akron Canine Rescued Angels takes in owner surrenders and rescue dogs from shelters, auctions, and puppy mills. Our rescue then provides transport, loving foster homes, veterinary care, food, and finally places these dogs in their forever homes all over Western New York. We are proud to say that since our start in 2008 we have places over 2,400 pets in their forever homes.
