Join the Orlando Gay Chorus for a holiday spectacular from around the world!
This is the perfect time for our world, our country, our state, and community to sing songs of peace! Help us
celebrate that feeling by joining us at our holiday concert, Peace on Earth: Make the Yuletide GAY! The
Orlando Gay Chorus celebrates the cultural diversity within our community, and in this holiday concert we’ll
perform songs in English, Swahili, Korean, Zulu, Spanish, Hawaiian, Mandarin Chinese, and German! We’ll
recognize holiday traditions of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa, while also enjoying some campy fun with
songs like A Hand for Mrs. Claus, The Christmas Can-Can, and Dear Santa (Bring Me a Man). Join us, and help
Make The Yuletide GAY! With the Orlando Gay Chorus, you may even be inspired to sing along with It’s A
Small World After All in this peaceful night of choral music, dance, and stories that unite us all.
Before and during intermission we will hold our bi-annual silent auction. In previous years our silent auctions
raised more than $10,000 thanks to the generosity of individuals and businesses that provided items, goods
and services. Our concerts are attended by hundreds of supporters of both local arts programs and the LGBT
community in Central Florida. This year we are committed to making it an even bigger success and we are
hoping you will help. We are currently collecting merchandise and certificates for goods or services for our
silent auction and are writing to request your support. By making a donation for our silent auction, you would
be making a tax deductible contribution that helps the Chorus and gains your company valuable exposure.
