Description
Our community will be having its annual Pecan Festival in Nov
We are looking at setting up a 10 x 50 tent to sell Cakes, Cookies and Candy
We would be interested to hear from any one who would be will to send any of the above items for us to sell as a fundriaser
We are also in search of a what is called a circus tent either 20 x 30, 30 x 40, 30 x 30.
This is to set up to allow our band to have some where to sit under at home games and other events to have a dry area and be out of the direct sun.
Our goal is to try raise aprox $40,000 to cover the cost of transportation
As next year we our goal is to raise $50,000 towards a new band truck as our current one, is ata point of age parts are hard to come by to keep it on the road.
