Transplant Families holds an annual virtual conference to connect families, providers, and communities during Pediatric Transplant week in late April. The purpose of the virtual conference is to bring together speakers and experts on topics that impact transplant families directly. The pediatric transplant journey is lifelong and families are impacted at various stages of childhood. The conference provides information needed to care for the transplanted kid as well as the whole family.
