We write with sincere gratitude that companies like yours help support our school every year.  Each year, donations from the community help make it possible for our school to provide children with library, science and arts critical to their education.  We cannot adequately express what your donation has meant to the children, and we sincerely appreciate your generosity and support.  It is donations such as yours that allow our school to thrive.

It is time for us to solicit donations for our school auction, scheduled for March 14, 2020.  We hope that you will choose to support Parkmead Elementary School by making a donation.  As a thank you, we will provide you with both online exposure and a listing in our auction catalog.  Over 500+ families will see your donation and have the opportunity to bid on it.  This is a great opportunity for your business to advertise and gain community support.  We would like to collect all donations prior to the auction and appreciate your prompt response by March 1, 2020.
