Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, May
15, 2020, at Moon Valley Country Club, 151 West Moon Valley Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Proceeds from
this event will support Arizona Law Enforcement Outreach and Support (Arizona LEOS), Forever Loved Pet
Sanctuary, Junior Golf Association of Arizona, Youth for Troops and the Phoenix Metro Chamber
Foundation.

Your participation as a golfer, sponsor, donor and/or gifts in-kind will help support the Phoenix Metro
Chamber Foundation’s mission, which is to aid charities that provide life-sustaining resources and support
to disadvantaged children, Veterans and their families, and at-risk animals in our community.

Early Bird entry into the tournament is only $150 per player through April 15, 2020, which includes 18
holes of golf, a player tee gift, breakfast, two drink tickets, and awards luncheon immediately following
play. In addition, every golfer will receive a “Member For A Day” certificate to come back and play a
complimentary round of golf at Moon Valley Country Club or one of their sister properties. We are also
excited to announce the return of the Helicopter Golf Ball Drop! Purchase a golf ball for a chance to win
up to $2000 in cash! In addition, the tournament will showcase a silent auction, raffle, four Hole-In-One
Opportunities, as well as a variety of on-course contests, prizes and team awards.
