The Winterset FFA Alumni is holding their 2nd Annual Piccadilly Auction for Excellence on March 23rd, 2024, at the Jackson Building in Winterset to raise funds for supporting leadership development opportunities for the Winterset FFA Members.  These events include public speaking, judging contests, career development and community service projects within the community.

Are you wondering what a Piccadilly Auction is?  Donated items are up for “bid” for a pre-set amount between $.25 and $5.  If you want to be in, then you toss your quarters in the basket on the table and hold your paddle up.  If your number is drawn you get the item for the preset dollar amount.  If you didn’t toss your quarters in and your number was drawn, sorry Charlie, we draw again until we get a winner who has bid.  Each attendee gets a paddle to bid, but extra “All-in” paddles are available to purchase.
