Dear Community Partner,
Pierremont Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will be holding its 7th Annual Trivia Night fundraiser on Saturday, March 11th, 2023 to benefit our school.
One of the many highlights of the evening is the silent auction which will give our attendees the opportunity to bid on an array of items donated by area businesses while helping to raise funds for Pierremont Elementary School. We are kindly asking for a donation from your company such as a gift basket or gift certificate. We are expecting over 250 people and are counting on your help to make this event a success.
Our Trivia Night and Silent Auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year and supports our many PTO programs. This year, the proceeds will be used for enrichment programs for our students and community, teacher support and supplies, and to go towards future projects.
With your permission, we will acknowledge your generosity in the official event program, as well as through publications leading up to the event. Additionally, a list of our donors will be published in the school newsletter. These materials will reach hundreds of families who reside in the Ballwin, Chesterfield, and Manchester areas.
To acknowledge our donors with ongoing publicity, we hope to have all donations secured as soon as possible and delivered no later than February 10th.
