On behalf of Pilgrim School, I would like to ask for your support of our annual fundraiser for student scholarships, Pilgrim Night Out, which will take place on May 4, 2024. This year’s event will include raffles, silent auction, and dinner. We expect 250 guests to be in attendance. Previously, the proceeds totaled between $100,000 and $200,000 every year.

We are seeking donations of items for our raffles and silent auction as well as sponsorship donations. Your valued participation helps us continue to invest in the future of our students, as all proceeds from the event will benefit the Pilgrim School tuition assistance program.

In addition to helping Pilgrim School, your contribution increases your visibility in our community. Your business will be recognized in printed and electronic marketing materials pertaining to this event, viewed by over 1,000 Pilgrim School donors and families.

Pilgrim School educates children from preschool through Grade 12. We are a diverse community, serving families from neighborhoods across Los Angeles. Our traditional, college-preparatory education is supplemented by a thriving creative curriculum including visiting writers and artists. There is a place for every student in drama, music, art, and team sports, as well as in our robust STEAM classes!
