To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of the Pine Ridge PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) to request a donation for our silent auction on Friday, April 29, 2022.  At this event, typically attended by 300 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will go back directly to Pine Ridge Elementary. Since this is a large undertaking, we are starting the process now and need all items by April 1.

We would greatly appreciate any donation. Should you donate for the silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as in the school newsletter. A donation receipt letter with the PTO tax exempt ID number (38-2839335) will be provided for your records, if required.
