PVB’s pre-professional dancers and community performers from across Western Massachusetts tell the classic tale of The Nutcracker in this treasured community event at the Academy of Music in Northampton, MA. Pioneer Valley Ballet has been performing this holiday classic for over 40 years, one of the longest-running performances of the ballet in Massachusetts.

A Sensory and Family Safe Presentation of The Nutcracker is also included during our performance weekend at the Academy of Music Theatre. Designed in collaboration with local autism services organizations, this performance featured lighting and sound accommodations for reduced sensory experiences. Donations allow us to expand this programming. 

Performances will be held December 8-10, 2023 at the Academy of Music.
