I am contacting you today to request a silent auction donation or item for our upcoming benefit, which will be held on April 15, 2023 at Frothy Beard Brewing Company in Charleston, SC. This benefit includes a corn hole tournament, food trucks, live music, and a silent auction and we are expecting attendance to be 1000+ as our last benefit brought in over 1,200 guests! All funds raised will be used to benefit “TJ's Dream to Walk Again.” Your donation will greatly enhance our silent auction and give you added publicity as well. All donors will be recognized through social media, TV, Radio, Flyers and a banner the day of the event. TJ's Dream to Walk Again was started after a local father of two was hit on his motorcycle while visiting home in Charlotte in February of 2017 and left a quadriplegic. Despite months of rehab, the ability to do things on his own has not returned and he requires a full-time caregiver. TJ is an incredibly motivated father who is determined to continually be a role model for his sons every day. All proceeds from this benefit will allow the use of Stem Cell treatments and much needed medical equipment and rehabilitation.
