Project by Project (PbP)’s Los Angeles Chapter a 100% volunteer-led Asian American organization building leaders in the AAPI community through raising awareness and funds about social causes that impact the community.

Plate by Plate, is our annual tasting benefit, historically serving as an opportunity for the AAPI community to come together and celebrate alongside the best of LA’s culinary scene that showcases food, beverage, and dessert purveyors to over 500 food and beverage enthusiasts. Some of our past participants include, Kirin Ichiban, Stella Artois, Kikori Whiskey, Dokkaebier, Cafe Dulce, Paradis Handcrafted Ice Cream, Kuya Lord, Sugar Palm, Ototo, Best Dish Winner: The Dive Oyster Bar, Best Drink Winner: Angma Traditional Craft, Best Dessert Winner: Salt and Straw, and many more. Past participating sponsors have been ARES Management, East West Bank, and Sunright.

PbP is a 501(c)3, 100% volunteer-run non-profit organization that strives to:

1. Foster a community of empowered Asian Americans and develop them as leaders.
2. Develop innovative solutions to support local nonprofits in raising awareness and funds for their cause.

For the past 25 years, PbP has championed a multitude of philanthropic endeavors. We have contributed to community outreach, public awareness, and fundraising efforts of 16 Los Angeles nonprofits in areas that include mental health, domestic violence, sustainability, and homelessness. This year, our theme is AAPI & Community Development, and proceeds from our Plate by Plate event will support Little Tokyo Community Council (LTCC), a community coalition of residents, businesses, and religious, cultural, and community organizations as well as other vested stakeholders in the Little Tokyo community.

It is for this reason that we are requesting a tax-deductible sponsorship of Plate by Plate, or a gift donation to be featured in the Silent Auction at Plate by Plate. The proceeds will be used to ensure our continued support of the Los Angeles/Orange County community for years to come. In exchange, your business will receive exposure to generate brand awareness to over 500 distinguished, mission driven, and motivated professionals who are in attendance at Plate by Plate and our social media following.
