On September 1st, 2022 our son Gunnar passed away from a congenital heart defect(CHD) Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. (HLHS) He was four years old. As you might understand our lives were forever changed. Our "whole" hearts were now broken forever. Gunnar had a smile on his face every single day despite the struggles and opereations he endured. In his short life he made us all laugh, cry and always had the best time living his life right along side of his big brother Bryce and his cousins Luke and Robbie. 

Our pain will never go away, it will only get easier to continue on with our own lives and those of our two other children. We will never forget Gunnar, not for one minute, but will remember him with every second we breath.  

We hope to someday spare another family from the pain we have endured, to spending many long years with their child. We need your help to do just that! Please consider helping us and such a worthy cause.

Our mission moving forward is to make a huge change with CHD. CHDs are the most common birth defect worldwide affecting millions of individuals. In the Uniited States approximately 40,000 babies are born with some form of CHD each year!

Our family wants to change those stats. We will work very hard to raise money for more for research to find a cure. All of our proceeds go directly to Childrens Heart Defects.
