The Play with a Purpose event supports the ongoing activities of Citizen Adviocacy of Chester County. Through CA volunteer advocates form a partnership with persons with a disability to close the gap between that person's needs and services available in the community.  Citizen Advocacy’s mission is to initiate and support a variety of intentional relationships that provide advocacy for opportunity, protection from harm, sponsorship into community life, friendship, and justice for isolated people living with a disability. Citizen Advocacy is built upon the belief in the power and competence of the ordinary citizen to care for and connect to others and to make a lifelong commitment to stand by, stand for and stand with another person, through good times and through challenging ones.

Your donations helps to support our mission to stand by, stand for and stand with a vulnerable population through a personal commitment – one citizen to another, one match at a time.There are currently over 45 committed relationships active in our communities and several have been active for more than 20 years.
