The Pleasant Ridge Elementary Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is preparing for our annual Trivia Night and Silent Auction fundraiser to be held on February 9, 2024. This event is one of our favorite activities of the year and is also an important fundraiser for our non-profit organization. In order to make the event a success we need help from local businesses, like yours, to make donations to our silent auction.
The Pleasant Ridge PTA supports our elementary school by funding many needs of our students and teachers including field trips and school programs that are vital to our students' learning and growth. Proceeds from this event will also go towards funding our Outdoor Classroom with construction set to begin this winter.
Corporate Sponsorships: You can provide financial assistance by helping underwrite the auction with a gift of any size. All of our donors and patrons are recognized at the event (with approx. 200 attendees), on our website and in our school newsletter unless they wish to remain anonymous. Please inquire for more details on sponsorship levels.
Donation of Merchandise and Services: We are also receiving donations in the form of merchandise, services, tickets, and gift certificates to be offered for bid and sold during the event.
