The Pocono Mountain West Music Boosters is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and encourage community support for the Pocono Mountain West Music Department.  We will be hosting our annual Tricky Tray fundraiser on Sat., February 22nd, 2020 at the Pocono Mountain West High School.  The money raised during this event will be used to pay for events and other expenses not paid for by the school district budget, including scholarships for PMWHS seniors involved in a music program, instrument repairs, visuals and costumes for the Marching Band show, and food and drinks for music students during various events held through the year.  

The success of our event depends upon generous donations from local businesses. Please consider making a donation to our event. Gift cards, gift certificates, product baskets, and/or promotional items are welcome. Donated items will be used as prizes at our event and may be combined with baskets donated by students involved in the music programs at Pocono Mountain West Jr. and Sr. High Schools.

Donations (certificates or monetary) can be mailed to Linda Scardigno, Executive Board Secretary at 1674 Glade Drive, Long Pond, PA 18334.   Please have donations submitted by February 19th, 2020.

Contributions to the “Pocono Mountain West Music Boosters, Inc.” are deductible under section 170 of the internal revenue code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers of gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the code. Our non profit tax id is 45-4369646.
