Pooday is a day to honor, encourage, and celebrate children battling cancer and other life threatening diseases, with full media coverage. This free invitation only event is hosted annually by The Ahmad butler Foundation for children battling cancer and other life threatening diseases, actively being treated at Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania, St Christopher's Hospital for Children, Nemours Children Health, Shriners, and Ronald McDonald House.

Because of the threat to life these diseases harbor. Some of the children we serve will not live long enough to celebrate life's milestones such as prom, graduation, wedding, etc. Therefore, Pooday is meant to be their "BIG DAY". During Pooday Superhero Kids are celebrated with a presentation of medals of bravery, patrents have the honor to drape their Superhero with Superhero Capes, and play fun games for AWESOME prizes. Because The Ahmad Butler Foundation is a 100% Volunteer ran organization, we rely on fundraisers, and the generosity of others to help cover the cost of Pooday!
