Forever Captain Poodaman! The Ahmad Butler Foundation (ABF) is a charitable nonprofit organization with a mission to support the needs of Children with cancer and other life threatening diseases, while aiding in the improvemenmt of their quality of life. ABF was founded in honor our nameske Ahmad "Captain Poodaman" Butler. Ahmad lost his battle with brain cancer at age 6 only 8 months after being diagnosed.

National Ahmad "Captain Poodaman" Butler Day aka as Pooday is a day to honor and celebrate Children battling cancer and other life threatening diseases. For Pooday 2022 Under The Sea, ABF Volunteers will honor the Children we serve with an AWESOME parade led by ABF mascots Captain Poodaman and The Cheetah, The Mummers String Band Association, Spiderman and friends, Buffy the Clown, Swoop from The Philadelpia Eagles, and Chinese Dragon Lion Dancers. The parade will be followed with an awards ceremony, honoring and encouraging these beautiful but unfortunate Children on their special day. After the awards ceremony we will dine and then celebrate these AWESOME Superhero Kids with games, prizes SURPRISES and giveaways and dancing.

Pooday is meant to be a funfilled day. One that celebrates and encourages our Superhero Kids during their daily fight. A day that will create EVERLASTING MEMORIES for these families. And ESPECIALLY a day to remove the SUPER and just allow them to be KIDS.
