Description

We are delighted to announce an evening of song benefitting the Children’s Chorus of Collin County Saturday, March 8, 2025. All three choruses, ranging from students in 3rd grade through 12th grade, will perform a wonderful concert that evening with the theme -“Food, Glorious Food!”. The concert will include entertaining songs about pizza, carrots, and marshmallows . Preceeding the event, an online auction will go live to conclude that evening. Several items will be available via a silent auction.

We are looking for community business partners who want to extend their marketing reach to this diverse group of families and supporters. We are seeking food or snack donations as well as donations for our silent auction. This could be in the form of a gift certificate or an auction item. For food items, we would like to serve appetizers or small bites. Food donations can be picked up on Saturday, March 8th.

In return for your generosity, we will offer name recognition with signage at the event, during the concert as a “Shout Out”, and your logo will be included on our regular communication channels as a donor to the event. We have social media, our weekly newsletter, and promotion materials specific to this concert to publicize your donation and support.

Choristers live and go to school throughout Collin County, practice weekly in Plano, and perform several concerts throughout the year. Contributions from our community partners are critical to the success of this event, no matter the size of the gift. Funds raised during this event help provide scholarships to students as well as to offset the cost of the yearly, spring trip for the Youth Chorus.

Every donation is appreciated, and all donations are tax deductible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask for more information. Thank you, in advance for your consideration to help our chorus thrive
