Our annual online auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and this year our hope is to raise over $10,000 in 2024. We would love your support in achieving this milestone. In appreciation of your donation, we will advertise your business via social media as well as on the auction website.

This year the online auction will be held from April 29-May 1, 2024. Each year we have a growing number of students, teachers, friends, and family members interested in supporting our school community by placing bids in the online auction. Our plan is to give all those who want to support this fundraiser a chance to bid on items over multiple days.

As a 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID No. 54-1548821), the Poplar Tree PTA supports the school in many ways, including but not limited to school-wide grants, school-wide author visits, assemblies, new software technology for all students, field trip transportation, new library furniture, flexible seating for classrooms, annual stipends for each teacher to support their individual classroom needs, and so much more.

With the help of sponsors like you, the Poplar Tree PTA is also able to help the school community by supporting family-friendly events throughout the school year like family book fairs, game nights, and school-wide fun runs, just to name a few. These events help to strengthen the bond within our school community and create fun opportunities for all families to enjoy.
