I am writing on behalf of the Millstone Township Foundation for Educational Excellence (MTFEE).  The              MTFEE is a 501 c 3 organization devoted to funding grants for items that nurture extraordinary educational experiences for every student in the Millstone Township public schools (Monmouth County, New Jersey) and are beyond the scope of the general school budget. Items include innovative classroom programs, educational opportunities for students, staff development, and state-of-the-art teaching materials.

The MTFEE is hosting their annual fundraiser, Preakness Tailgate, on Saturday, May 18, 2024.  We would like to know if your company would be interested in donating either an item(s) to be used for our silent auction and/or a monetary donation.

Our budget is paid 100% for by ticket sales and individual/business sponsorship.  All monetary donations will go towards grant funds; any item(s) received will be used in gift baskets raffles/silent auction.  All proceeds will go towards grand funding to benefit the students of Millstone Township Public Schools.
