Description

Greetings!

On behalf of the PS 321 Parent Teacher Association (PTA), we are asking for your support as we plan our Spring Auction fundraiser, which is set for May 17, 2019.

Please consider helping us in our fundraising efforts with a donation of goods and services. Your donation will contribute to the event’s success and help build bright futures for the students of PS 321. We anticipate 600 guests for our evening’s silent and live auction and a donation is a great way to promote your business to our school community. Your donation will be published in both our auction catalog and bidding website, which will reach the families of over1,400students. Asalways, alldonationsaretaxdeductible.

A link to submit your auction donation can be found here:

For more than 50 years, PS 321, Park Slope’s largest elementary school, has been the cornerstone of our incredible community. Park Slope is considered one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods, in part because of the quality of the schools. Due to limited education budgets on the state and city levels, the PS 321 PTA plans to spend $838 per student to maintain its current level of excellence. The funds raised from the annual Spring Auction allow us to achieve this goal, and we need your help to make this happen. In previous years, PTA funds have helped keep art, music, chess and after-school programs thriving. Funds raised also contribute to additional staff and teachers, allowing for less crowded classrooms and safer playgrounds.

Thank you again for your consideration! Please feel free to email us directly with any questions at Ps321gala@gmail.com .

Gratefully,
Staci Hendrickson, Kyle Kimball, Ellen Lanks and Linda Tatlow PS 321 Auction Co-chairs and Parents
