Description

This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We anticipate in person party attendance of over 200 attendees with a live auction, games, food, and drink. A concurrent online auction in the weeks leading up the event will end that evening. The event and auctions will be advertised in our school newsletter which is sent to over 900 parent subscribers of over 600 children. Featured items and donors will also be spotlighted in our social media campaigns, parent communications, and PTA newsletter. We accept donations from school family-owned small businesses as well as large corporations, and there is widespread appreciation for the fundraising benefits of this event. In addition to your donation providing much needed support to our school in the form of arts and theater programs, high-risk student support services, lunch and recess staff, and urban garden development, the publicity to your company and good will from your donation will reach many families in our community.
