We are excited to share that Darlington School’s 12th annual Purple Tie Affair will be held on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2021, in the Johnson Field House. The Purple Tie Affair is the ONE fundraiser for Darlington’s parent organizations, which include Upper and Pre-K to 8 Tiger PRIDE, the Fine Arts Booster Club, and the Athletic Booster Club. Funds raised will be used for the benefit of all students – in the classroom, on the athletic fields, in fine arts programs, as well as for service projects in the community.

 This year, we have over 30 parent volunteers on our leadership team with an expected 500 parents, faculty, alumni and friends of the school attending the event. Our boarding parents that will attend the event are from all over Georgia, the USA and the world. The night will feature a meal, dancing, live and silent auctions and purple raffle box prizes, all to benefit Darlington’s parent organizations. We would love to highlight your business as one of our partners.

 We write to ask that you consider supporting the event by donating Six Flags Over Georgia tickets to the silent auction.  All supporting businesses will be prominently featured during the auction/raffle and listed in our event program. In addition, we will advertise your donation and business on social media and on our website throughout the summer months leading up to the event.
