The Santa Barbara Police Activities League is thrilled to announce the return of the Putting Kids First Event on April 29th, 2022, at the Carriage Museum from 5-9pm. We will be honoring our longtime board member John Van Donge and first responders in our community. After two years of foregoing an in-person event for the health and safety of our guests, we are looking forward to gathering once again and raising critical funds that support our mission of building the bridge between cops, kids, and our community through educational, athletic, and leadership enrichment programs.

We invite you to join us as a sponsor of the 2022 Putting Kids First Event. As a sponsor, you will receive tickets or a table at the event and recognition in the event program. The event will include hors d'oeuvres, drinks, a live and silent auction, and a program sharing the impact of your support.

PAL provides academic support, tutoring, college readiness preparation, leadership development, and enrichment programming, including outdoor education, social-emotional support, and fitness, after school at the Twelve35 Teen Center. PAL’s primary goals are for students to achieve academic success, have a plan for life after high school, improve attitude toward law enforcement, and to develop civic responsibility.
