Our 3rd annual Erath County Humane Society fundraiser, the Putts Fore Mutts golf tournament, will be held on Saturday, August 19th, at Tejas golf course in Stephenville, Texas. Unbeknownst to many, the E.C.H.S. is a non-profit organization, meaning we rely solely on the generosity of our supporters for donations to operate, tend to the animals in our care, and to provide much-needed services to our community.

Our goal is to raise at least $15,000 dollars at this years’ Putts Fore Mutts event. Those funds will be allocated toward, but not limited to:
        Repairs and upkeep of the humane society facility, grounds, and E.C.H.S. transportation van

  Medical expenses of intake animals (vaccinations, microchips, sterilizations, skin/respiratory/parasitic      issues, and assorted complications from injuries or neglect)

       Coverage of animal requirements such as food, kitty litter, sanitation products, and more

       Coverage of daily operating expenses for employees, volunteers, and fosters housing animals

To meet this event goal and help care for all the little lives for which we are responsible, we are graciously asking for sponsorships from local businesses and individuals such as yourself who see and support the mission of the E.C.H.S.

We ask that you consider 1 of the 4 sponsorship brackets on the accompanying Putts Fore Mutts tournament flyer, to start.  Or, if something other than those designated options is more feasible, we will gratefully accept any amount you feel called to offer.

Your donation will be recognized at our event in several ways. Based on your level of contribution as a sponsor, your name will be placed on all materials (including event T-shirts, signage, etc.) that publicize the event as well as announced verbally at the event itself.  Recurring social media posts across numerous platforms will generate virtual “buzz” for yourself/your company and ‘tags’ will be tied to all virtual media posted. Every sponsor will also receive a printed “proud sponsor of” flyer to display wherever you wish to let others know you gave to this amazing endeavor!
