On December 4, 2015, Queensview Nursery School & Kindergarten will hold its annual fundraising auction. Queensview Nursery School and Kindergarten is a small school in a really big city that has been educating neighborhood children for over 64 years. We have a few fundraisers during the year to raise much-needed funds for the school, and the annual auction is the biggest of these.

The money raised at last year’s auction helped buy new cubbies and shelves for the school and classroom materials and books for the students. This year we’re hoping to be able to buy new computers for the school, in addition to whatever other expenses arise during the year. 100% of the proceeds from our auction go back into the school.

Queensview Nursery School & Kindergarten, which opened in 1951, is a cooperative preschool that seeks to encourage social confidence, develop appropriate skills and foster a life-long love of learning. Active participation of every family ensures the quality of Queensview Nursery School and Kindergarten’s program and is an important goal of the school.
