Description
Quest through Scarborough 2019 is the second annual fundraising event for Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities. Based upon our 40th anniversary celebratory “Race through Scarborough” in 2017, we launched our Amazing Race/Scavenger Hunt hybrid event with the following goals:
- Raise $18,000 to provide basic essentials of life to residents living in Scarborough.
- Increase awareness and prompt media attention to the needs of this underserved population and prompt philanthropists to make these neighbourhoods a priority
- Have fun with our community of staff, volunteers, clients and community part
