To Whom it may concern:

For the past 23 years, Souderton Charter School Collaborative (SCSC) has provided a quality education for young people in the Souderton, PA area.  Currently, SCSC serves over 240 students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

To further prepare our students to take their place in society, Parents Involved in Educating Students (P.I.N.E.S.) seeks to enhance the educational resources and activities provided to our students through our largest fundraiser, Race for Education.  All funds raised directly impact students and support initiatives that align with SCSC’s mission: to provide hands-on and experiential educational opportunities in an inclusive and flexible learning environment that is supported by strong parent and community partnerships.

To help achieve this goal, P.I.N.E.S. will be sponsoring our third annual Race for Education on Friday, May 24, 2024.  We are currently seeking help from local businesses to support us in reaching our goal of raising $28,000. 

There are multiple ways for your business to sponsor this event:

Sponsor this year’s Race for Education as a Classroom Sponsor (for a gift of $200) or an Event Sponsor (for a gift of $400). The names and logos of Classroom Sponsors will be shared through our weekly school newsletter.  The names and logos of Event Sponsors will be displayed on a banner at the school the week prior to and on race day.

Donate items in support of the Race for Education in the form of tickets, gift cards, passes, etc. that can be used as prizes to motivate additional donations.

Make a monetary donation of any amount to support our students as they Race!
