What is a Raffle Rendezvous?

-It is an opportunity for Parents , Guardians, Family members, neighbors and other members of our community to gather for an evening of adult socialization, dining and a chance to win some awesome prizes!

What is being raffled?

-Each class will vote on a basket theme. We are kindly asking  our PS 68 families to either provide items to be featured in the class basket, or to provide a voluntary monetary donation to purchase items for the basket. Once the basket is complete, it will be on display to win at the Raffle Rendezvous! We also hope to gain some other prizes for raffling through charitable donations from organizations and businesses in our community.

When is the Raffle Rendezvous?

-Friday, May 4^th 6-9pm at Oriental Plaza 1845 Richmond Avenue

How can I attend the Raffle Rendezvous?

-Tickets will be available for purchase. Each ticket will be $35. Order forms will go home with your child. This same form will also include a tear off for you to contribute to the class basket.

What does the cost of the ticket include?

-Each $35 ticket entitles you to a 4 course dinner with coffee tea or soda, as well as 5 entries towards the baskets up for raffling! For every 4 tickets purchased by your child, gain 2 more entries towards the baskets for raffling!

Can I invite a friend to the Raffle Rendezvous?

-Yes! You can recruit friends, neighbors and coworkers to attend the Raffle Rendezvous ! And remember, for every 4 tickets your child sells, you get 2 more entries into the raffles! Buy your tickets soon before they sell out !

How else can I help with the raffle baskets?

-Do you work for a corporate organization that would make a charitable donation ? Have event tickets or a time share slot you may not be able to use and could donate instead? Know someone who’s job donates to public schools? Possess a skill, craft or service you’d be willing to donate ? If so, please contact the PTA at ThePS68PTA@gmail.com and let us know!
