For the past six decades, Masterworks Chorale has been widely recognized in the Bay Area as a beacon of harmony, talent, and cultural enrichment. Known for exceptional performances of major classical and contemporary choral works, it has strived to nurture and showcase the exceptional vocal abilities of its members while promoting a strong sense of community and artistic appreciation.

We are excited to share information with you about our 60th anniversary season gala: Raise a Glass to 60! We are reaching out to potential auction item donors and sponsors to request their generous support in making this celebratory evening a truly memorable event.

Raise a Glass to 60! will take place on April 13, 2024 at the Bayview Room at the College of San Mateo. The event will feature a silent and live auction, food and wine, musical performances, and tributes to the choir's impact on and support of the community. We anticipate over 200 attendees.

Some quick facts about Masterworks Chorale: 

• A San Mateo-based community choir with over 100 auditioned members 
• Performs 8 concerts annually reaching approximately 3,000 enthusiastic music lovers who also regularly patronize the SF Symphony, Opera and Ballet 
• Has performed nationally (Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall) and internationally
