Paws and Claws Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 rescue founded in May of 2020. We focus on cats at risk of euthanasia in local shelters/those in areas with fewer resources and higher euthanasia rates. Our goal is to provide every animal in our care with behavioral, emotional, and medical care, eventually matching them with a long-term family. As a small, close-knit organization, we’re proud that we’ve saved more than 1,000 animals since our founding in 2020; we have a growing foster network of 130 families and 630 adopters (and counting).

Rally for Rescues is Paws and Claws annual capstone event to raise funds and awareness for homeless felines. Join us for Rally for Rescues 2023 from 11am-1pm at Baker Park in Evanston. We will have family friendly games (jenga, inflatable bowling, checkers), face painting, arts and crafts, a silent auction/raffle, Paws and Claws merch, adoptable kittens, food, drinks and so much more!
