To our Community Partners,

As one of our community partners, you are probably very aware of the tireless work the teachers at Randolph Secondary Schools perform.  We all know teachers are underpaid and often underappreciated, despite the countless hours they spend after school tutoring kids, planning lessons, and grading papers while teaching becomes more and more demanding. The faculty & staff at Randolph specifically work with military kids and despite the constant upheaval military kids must endure, we are proud that they are extremely successful because of the time and effort our teachers put into helping these kids feel connected.

I am asking you to help us recognize the incredible work they do. We are hosting our annual Holiday party on Friday, December 15th, 2023. On this day, our goal is to have a gift for each faculty & staff member, and with your help, we can achieve this goal. Please consider donating a gift or gifts on behalf of your organization. In total, we have 90 faculty & staff members. By doing this, we have the opportunity to showcase all of the vendors who help us manage through the school year.

Randolph High School is a non-profit organization and any donations can be claimed. I am happy to provide you with our tax-exempt number and letter in exchange for your donation. As a token of our gratitude and support for our donors, we would love permission to use your logo to share with the parents, the support squadrons, and our local Universal City, TX and JBSA communities that we send weekly correspondence to. By doing so, we help market your business to incoming military personnel who are interested in the local community and the businesses that support the military servicemembers and their families.
