Dear Sir or Madam, 

Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy is a non-profit International Baccalaureate World School. Our aim is to develop active learners, well-rounded individuals, and engaged world citizens. Our families, students, and staff have much to be thankful for and we could not do it without the generosity of individuals and businesses in our community.

In order to continue providing affordable, academically-enriched education to our current and prospective families, we will be holding our Spring Gala and Auction on Friday, April 5^th, 2019.  This year our fundraising goal is $15,000, which will be used to assist families with tuition costs, upgrade our classroom technology and help offset operational costs.

We are asking for your help to make a difference in our children’s lives. We need donations in the form of gift-certificates, cash, or physical items that can be auctioned. Thanks to generous donations from community-focused individuals and organizations like yours, our fundraising efforts last year raised over $12,000. The financial success of our event truly depends on these donations. 

We welcome the opportunity to answer any questions and discuss possible ideas. I would also be happy to come by and pick up your donation if that is easier for you! 

We will acknowledge your gift with a tax-deductible receipt. We will also recognize all donations in our event program, on individual displays on the day of the event, and on our website.
