To encourage children to read for a minimum of 20 minutes a day, we have a 2-week event that students can earn prizes for various reading time thresholds.  Also, to motivate the student, families are encouraged to pledge donations, which students can earn prizes for as well.  Last year, our campus read over 1,440 hours and raised over $9,000.  We are looking for prize donations to raffle off to the top readers and donation earners.
