Hello,
The Way Back Inn/Grateful House was established in 1958 as a recovery home for alcoholic women. Over the last 64 years, the agency has evolved into an independent, not-for-profit agency dedicated to serving people who are recovering from drug, alcohol, and gambling use disorders. Since that humble beginning in 1958, the Way Back Inn has provided a second chance to thousands of people who were trapped in the insidious cycle of addiction. Our recovery program focuses on the integration of the body, mind, and spirit, helping clients to achieve long-term, continuous sobriety.
The Way Back Inn will be celebrating its Annual Rebuilders Celebration on Friday, September 9th, 2022. We are delighted to announce that we will be gathering together in-person once more at the River Forest Country Club. As our primary fundraiser of the year, this event supports programs that help to rebuild broken lives. We ask you to support this year’s event by becoming an event sponsor, purchasing tickets, or kindly donating an item which can be featured as part of our silent auction. We are requesting donations of large and small items (i.e., signed memorabilia, tickets to events, vacation packages, gift certificates, or merchandise). Our program delivers the expertise and quality care that gives residents the best opportunity for a lasting recovery.
