Maryville’s Recovery for Life Gala will be held on April 21, 2023, from 6-10 pm at Auletto Caterers in Deptford, NJ.

The Gala features great food, live music, dancing, our honoree presentation, an inspiring speaker, and a silent auction. Please help our event be a huge success by donating an item for the silent auction.

We are thrilled to honor:

Michele Schreffler-Perez – IA, RCP, CADCI
Sonja Furlow – Assistant Prosecutor, Community Outreach and Engagement Unit, Camden County
 

This year all gala proceeds will help us expand and enhance services in four areas:

• Mental Health – We continue to see increasingly complex needs in our clients with mental health issues, and gala proceeds will help us to meet those needs through service expansion.
• Youth Outpatient Services – Our outpatient programs recently launched adolescent services, and funding will help build this program for the countless youth struggling with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Peer Recovery Support Services – This service complements treatment by addressing issues that can impede an individual’s recovery, such as stable housing, employment, supportive networks, medical care, and more. Peer recovery specialists also conduct outreach to the most vulnerable populations, helping connect them to treatment and supports. Gala support will help us grow these services.
• Transportation Services – Transportation can be a major barrier to accessing necessary, life-saving treatment. Maryville currently provides limited transportation and this funding would help expand services to reach more individuals in need.
