Description

Dear Sir or Madam:

Riverside University Health System Behavioral Health, Riverside County Substance Abuse Treatment Providers, (formerly known as Riverside County Department of Mental Health-Substance Abuse Programs) and local community service groups in conjunction with International Recovery Month, are hosting our annual “RECOVERY HAPPENS” event at Fairmount Park located at 2601 Fairmount Blvd. in Riverside on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Recovery Happens is intended to help unite those already in recovery and spread the message that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

We are asking successful businesses such as yours to invest in your community by making a contribution or donation of food, supplies, water, gift card or certificate. Any contribution and/or donation you may assist with would be greatly appreciated, and is tax deductible. (Tax ID #956000930)

At our last event, we had approximately 85 community social service agencies participating and over 2,500 people attending. This year we are expanding and anticipate even more to be in attendance. Contributions are being solicited so we can provide refreshments and needed supplies.

Thank you in advance for recognizing an event that vitally impacts the lives of people in your community, and for your consideration of assisting us with your generous contribution/donation. Please do not hesitate to contact me at (951)955-7397 if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
