Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is turning ten years old, and we're organizing a gala to celebrate the past, present, and future of RLC. The event is scheduled for May 18th 2023 in New York City, and we are on track to rescue over 10 million pounds of food by the event. The event will include dinner, drinks, a short speaking program, art exhibitions that showcase the history of our organization, and a silent auction. The silent auction will be in-person to event attendees and available virtually to over 11,000 supporters of RLC throughout the US.
