Good morning! We are having a car show on April 27, 2024. I wanted to see if you would be willing to donate goody bags or swag, door prize, etc. This is our second year. Last year we had 120 cars/trucks/motorcycles register and we are expecting more this year (about 150). Therefore we will be stuffing 150 goody bags.

The judging is all of the participants get to vote. The trophy classes are TOP 30. Then there are 5 Specialty trophies for the TOP 5: Pastor's Pick, Bishop's Best, Elders Elite, Usher's Ultimate and Sunday School Special.

Then there are 5 that will be judged - 1 judge per category.
1. Classy Classic
2. Perfect Patina
3. Modern Muscle
4. Rowdy Rat
5. Blood Sweat Tears

We had over 600 spectators for our first year! There is a $20 entry fee per vehicle and spectators are free. All monies raised go to Celebrate Recovery (Hurts/Habits/Hangups) ministry. We have shopping vendors and food trucks. We give out door prizes throughout the day to our participants (by drawing).
