I am writing to you on behalf of the Reservoir High School (RHS) Boosters. RHS Boosters is a parent-volunteer organization which financially supports all extracurricular activities and athletic teams at Reservoir High School. Reservoir High School has over 1,900 students and our geographic area is spread over much of the southeastern area of Howard County. 

On March 9, 2024, the RHS Boosters will once again hold its Annual Booster’s Bingo at Pallotti High School in Laurel, Maryland. Your generous contribution to previous RHS events have helped to purchase equipment, supplies, uniforms as well as other much needed items. 

I am writing to request any donation, either goods or services, which you might be able to provide as a bingo prize. Your business will be recognized as a contributor.Some businesses alternatively choose to make a monetary contribution which would be gladly accepted. These businesses also will be recognized in the evening’s program. 

Checks should be made payable to RHS Boosters. 

Any donation is tax-deductible and the Tax ID Number for this purpose is 33-1017255.
