Dear Sir/Madam:

On June 16th, 2024 Richmondtown Soccer Club will be hosting its Annual Picnic for all Richmondtown Athletes, Coaches, Volunteers, Parents, Families, & Friends.  Richmondtown Soccer Club is a Non-Profit Organization that is dedicated to teaching kids about the world’s most popular game, with an emphasis on sportsmanship.

Richmondtown Soccer Club is a member of the Staten Island Youth Soccer League that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun & family environment.  Our teams are open to all children ages 6-14 years old.  We also have a Youth Development Academy for the younger children ages 4 or 5 years old and a Mommy & Me program for the youngest of children ages 2 -3 years old.

Our program is strictly funded through player registration and the generous donations of our local business community.

We are seeking donations in the form of either merchandise or gift certificates, which will then be used to create a basket that will be raffled off.  We are sure that you receive numerous requests for donations, and appreciate any consideration you can extend to our soccer club.  Whatever donations we are fortunate enough to receive, will definitely make our fundraiser a great success.

The profits from the fundraiser will go directly to new equipment for our soccer athletes, help lower costs of registration & soccer uniforms, offset costs of tournaments & trophies, etc.

Your support is greatly appreciated by the many of volunteers who make this organization succeed in providing a healthy and constructive activity for our youth.
